Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Verification: address, payment, and stock check.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days for retail; made-to-spec industrial orders depend on line scheduling.
  • Cut-off: Orders after 2:00 PM KSA are processed next business day.
  • Dispatch Days: Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).
  • Tracking: Tracking link is emailed/SMS after hand-over to the carrier.
  • Split Shipments: We may ship items separately to meet temperature or lead-time requirements.

Packaging & Temperature Control

  • Retail: 250 g–1 kg retail packs; foodservice 2–5 kg.
  • Bulk: 10 kg & 20 kg poly-lined cartons; 100 kg HDPE drums (paste); IBC totes for syrups by route.
  • Insulation: Seasonal insulation/cool-packs may be used based on route & weather.
  • Palletization: Euro/ISO pallets or floor-loading per destination standard.
  • Temperature-Safe Handling: Storage/dispatch from controlled rooms; hand-over aligned with carrier cut-offs.
  • Labels: Batch/expiry and allergens where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic (KSA): VAT as applicable is shown at checkout.
  • GCC & International: Duties/taxes and import clearance are the consignee’s responsibility unless agreed in writing (DAP/CIF/DDP quotes available by request).
  • Documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health/Phytosanitary, and Halal certificate as required by destination.

Address & Delivery

  • Provide a full National Address (building, street, district, city, postcode) for KSA deliveries.
  • PO Boxes: Available where carrier supports it; otherwise use a street address.
  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically attempt 2–3 times; re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
  • Undeliverable/Returned: If returned due to incorrect address/unavailability, we can reship for an additional fee.
  • Signature on Delivery: May be required for high-value or temperature-sensitive shipments.

Industrial & B2B Freight

Incoterms & Dispatch
  • Incoterms: EXW / FCA (Riyadh), FOB (Jeddah), CIF / DAP on request.
  • Containers: 20’ & 40’ HC with optimized loading plans by SKU and destination standard.
  • Inspection: Pre-shipment inspection and lab CoA available per PO.
Transit & Appointments
  • Transit Times: As quoted by route/carrier; subject to port and customs operations.
  • Delivery: Appointment deliveries and tail-lift services can be arranged where available.

Damages, Delays & Support

  • Damage on Arrival: Report within 24–48 hours with photos of outer box, inner packing, and product. Keep packaging for inspection.
  • Weather Delays: Extreme temperatures or weather events may cause delays outside our control.

Do you ship in hot weather?
Yes. We time dispatches and may add insulation/cool-packs based on route. Choose Express during peak heat where possible.

For courier shipments, exact timing is handled by the carrier. For freight/B2B, delivery appointments can be arranged where supported.
